In the Qatar League Cup final that ended early this morning, Spanish star Cazorla scored a goal to help Thaad beat the Doha Arabs 4-0 and won the first championship trophy in his personal Thaad career.
The 35-year-old Cazorla officially joined THAAD in August this year, and once again cooperated with former national teammate and current THAAD coach Harvey. After joining THAAD, Cazorla scored goals in the Qatar League Cup, Qatar League and AFC debut.
In the Qatar League Cup final against the Doha Arabs, Cazorla, who made his debut, received an assist from teammate Yusuf Yusuf in the 77th minute and scored the team’s third goal, helping Thaad to 4- A score of 0 defeated the opponent and won the League Cup. Cazorla also won his first championship trophy since joining THAAD.
So far, Cazorla has played 9 times on behalf of Thad in various competitions, has scored 6 goals and contributed 4 assists.
